Group Discussion & Follow Up

This is a bi-weekly 75-minute group online meeting.

Every other Tuesday evening, from 7-8:15, Laurisa leads a meditation and moderates a discussion on the application of mindfulness and compassion practices to specific topics.

Topics include, but are not limited to:

  • Dealing with time pressure

  • Reducing digital overload

  • Motivation for health activities and self-care

  • Relationship to food and cravings

  • Managing the inner critic

  • Improving professional or sports performance

  • Overcoming fear of public speaking

  • Improving communication and assertiveness
