Group Discussion & Follow Up
This is a bi-weekly 75-minute group online meeting.
Every other Tuesday evening, from 7-8:15, Laurisa leads a meditation and moderates a discussion on the application of mindfulness and compassion practices to specific topics.
Topics include, but are not limited to:
Dealing with time pressure
Reducing digital overload
Motivation for health activities and self-care
Relationship to food and cravings
Managing the inner critic
Improving professional or sports performance
Overcoming fear of public speaking
Improving communication and assertiveness
