Group Discussion & Follow Up
This is a bi-weekly 75-minute group online meeting.
Every other Monday evening, from 6:00 pm - 7:15 pm
Laurisa leads a meditation and moderates a discussion on the application of mindfulness and compassion practices to specific topics.
Topics include, but are not limited to:
Dealing with time pressure: Monday April 1st
Reducing digital overload: Monday April 14th
Motivation for health activities and self-care: Monday April 29th
Cravings, food and body image: Monday May 13th
Managing the inner critic: Monday May 27th
Mindfulness and peak performance: Monday June 10th
Improving communication and assertiveness: Monday July 8th
Cost: When you reserve your spot, you will be given the option to make a donation before or after the session.
