Mindful Self-Compassion

In partnership with The Mindfulness Clinic, Laurisa offers an eight-week training program in Mindful Self-Compassion conveniently located at Bay and Gerrard in downtown Toronto. The next class starts February 27th, 2019 on Wednesday nights from 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm for eight weeks.

Compassion Cultivation Training (CCT) is an eight-week program designed to develop the qualities of compassion, empathy, and kindness for oneself and for others. CCT integrates meditation practices with contemporary psychology and scientific research on compassion. The CCT protocol was developed at Stanford University by a team of scholars, clinical psychologists, and researchers.
